TSB has been a client since 1985. Much of our work has involved retrofitting retail premises to bring new life to existing buildings, whilst also accommodating specific banking requirements. TSB branches are customer-focused, with branding and signage to direct and assist visitors. The interiors are generous and open, with an emphasis on transparency from the street and within. Consideration is given to entrance ways and paved areas for external access points such as ATM machines. Branches are mostly corner sites, each with a design solution that captures passersby and makes the most of a prime location.
Recently TSB have undergone a major brand transformation and BOON Ltd are using a modular design to update and transform all the TSB branches across the country.
