A contemporary renovation to enhance and separate work and home spaces.
This extension to an existing bungalow is in a new contrasting aesthetic to the original, yet it appears to merge seamlessly. An open, sunny, clearly structured two floor series of simple spaces now separates work from home elegantly. The new addition is oriented around relationships to a structured garden at the rear of the house. The layering of space and modified existing office are also noteworthy, sharing light and space with the lounge without compromising the space of the existing room or privacy between office and lounge.
